We have over 150 employees in our India office and growing our team is the most important thing we do. Our most recent Best Places to Work survey found that at least 90% of our team feels that senior leadership values people as our very most important resource. We take termination seriously. This only occurs in 2-3% of the cases where we part ways & only occurs after engaging in our 90 day performance improvement plan with much consideration from management.
