Poor leadership and management within the marketing department created significant workload and communication challenges. Employees were expected to consistently work far beyond normal full-time hours, with little recognition or support. During my employment, I worked more than 500 hours of overtime beyond a standard 40-hour workweek in just one year without additional compensation, comp time, or meaningful acknowledgment. Expectations continued to increase while resources, staffing, and management support remained limited. Paid very low salary.
