      Good vacation and benefits, pay scale was OK but not great

      Kontras

      very seasonal work. Off season work was OK - demanding but tolerable. During peak season (3 months) - it is completely miserable. Company works you like a dog 12+hrs a day, 7 dyas a week. AWEFUL
