They like to buy lunch for the whole office and put it in the break room a lot. The work itself is very straight forward and easy to get done, just very time consuming.

Everyone is very negative, people are rude, the office is very hot, Ceva is very cheap, You have no freedom of how you work, you cant have any personal items on your desk, they hire very ghetto people, they constantly move your seating position around (I moved 6 times in 9 months). They implemented "CEVA Showcase 5S" They basically control your computer background, how your desk looks, what you have on your desk, the way you work, you can only have 1 thing on your desk at a time, and when you finish you have to file all of your work in a file cart that is organized in a way that they see fit.
