Pros
Pay and benefits were "competitive" with other freight forwarders / logistics near DFW Airport. Easy access to Grapevine facility. Relatively modern facility, but a little dark in the warehouse.
Kontras
First thing I noticed was that few had 3 or more years on the job. Red flag! No loyalty in either direction (employees to company, or company to employees). Strong sense of dissatisfaction, most folks hoping to endure agony until hired somewhere else. I love this industry, but what a mistake I made!
