The benefits are fantastic. The work environment is laid back and it's easy to make friends. If you work extremely hard and around the clock, you might be able to advance your career.
Kontras
It's also very easy to make enemies. Management likes to play favoritism and likes to treat the workplace like it's a middle school. You have senior management telling forklift drivers how to load and treating their employees (who aren't their favorites) like garbage. Continuous improvement is seen as a marketing tool rather than a way to truly create meaningful change. If the company had any goals or a vision, it wasn't clearly stated. The day-to-day operations consist more of putting out fires than anything else. The culture is the worst I've ever experienced.
