Workers need to fight for obtaining work. Work based on "jobs" with pre-determined hours. If you do not get enough work that week, you do not get paid the usual "full-time" 40 hrs week pay. You have to be hanging around in the office waiting for work to be given to you. If you are liked by whoever is holding the projects, you get the project/work. Otherwise you don't. There are days that you are hanging around in the office with no work at all. You DO NOT GET PAID for the time you are there without work. Be cautious with that "Company". Bad place to work. Very deceiving.
