Pros
1) Compensation (salary) 2) Good co workers (non executives)
Kontras
1) CEO thinks he's back on Wall Street destroying Lehman Brothers again. he spends money like the company has it. As soon as he realizes the stock price won't double per his contract, he is gone. 2) The solution to all problems is a RIF. There were 3 major RIF's in 3 years. Revenue and GP are the problem..not overhead. 3) The executive team didn't learn the business when they came on board. Their egos got in the way of learning what the real problems were with the company. 4) Way too many over priced employees brought in (All buddies of the CEO) who contribute nothing. 5) Executives are given bonuses when staff gets nothing 6) CEO goes on vacation during an earnings call. 7) Benefits are the most expensive I have ever seen. I paid about $600k per month for the cheapest plan.
