Pros
The flexible schedule and PTO are the only good things cdi has going for it right now. Coworkers felt like family.
Kontras
There has been no raises in 2 years, but they are beginning to remodel. Turnovers are high, there are more empty cubes than actual people. Forced into after hours training (training required to do our jobs) without pay. Scheduled as independent development, but were basically told "it was in employees best interest" to be there. The only way to get promoted is to quit and come back. They pay lower than competitors and benefits are horrible if you aren't in upper management.
