Horrible corporate culture, offices/cubicles at corp HQ and Market St in Philly are 50%+ vacant, 2. perennially in cost cutting mode - in my 7 yrs there, experienced salary reductions, withdrawal of water coolers, no more color printing, reduction of mobile phone allowance, etc, 3. senior mgmt.'s inability to stick with a business plan for more than 2 years and therefore unable to successfully implement to drive growth, 4. Company has been implementing tactics as strategy, 5. benefits are quite expensive
