Honestly, there isn't any. The only thing remotely would be that the other recruiters I worked with were nice people.

This is the craziest thing I have ever seen in my 15 years in recruiting. When I was at CDI we had a recruiter that has head and shoulders above anybody else. However, his submittal level was low because he refused to sling resumes to meet his quota. The recruiter had 8 hires a month but was submitting only 20 people a month. They let him go and kept the recruiter that has slinging garbage and hitting her quota but had only 1 hire a month. I immediately decided to leave and went Corporate and it was the best decision in my life
