Descent starting salary and great co-workers.

They have to give you a decent salary to offset the high cost of the benefits. Since the new leadership team took over last year, the communication flow has been poorly lacking. I think this has to do with fact that everyone is doing more with less. Which leads me to my next point, long hours. I understand everyone is busy, but management needs to do a better job communicating.
