      Good place to learn and start progressing as an attorney. Excellent well-known clients. Good work environment.

      Below average salary compared to other top tier law-firms. Inexistent work-life balance if you want to progress. Carreer development is difficult. No clear mile-stones on how to advance Promotions are subjective and depend on how well you get along with the Managing Partner

      Renowned law firm in Colombia. Has a great base of clients and some (not all) caring partners from whom you learn a lot.

      Kontras

      They pay way below average in the industry. Career development is hard, to not say impossible -i.e. it's very unlikely that one can become a partner or have any meaningful leadership role unless you are favored by the big names behind the firm-
