Thanks for your feedback! Even though it's been only a couple of years since this review, the organization has changed in part thanks to feedback from employees like yourself. We've worked hard to develop a sense of community at the Lab. Many of our employees are friends outside of work hours, and that type of social bonds have really made a positive impact on our culture. I agree that the face to face interaction is irreplaceable, but given that we have several locations it is sometimes difficult to meet in-person. I think there is more work I need to do to ensure that our communication is effective and opportunities for misinterpretation are minimized.
