Office culture is nice, the training is professional, and employees are generally of high quality. Employees here have adequate space to conduct challenging research issues and implement a project. However, administrative leadership in this organization needs an open mind for the future development.

Work-life balance is satisfactory to me, but I think the benefit packages need a qualitative promotion to match the prestige of the top academic and engineering institution in China. Moreover, the criteria of academic title promotion need some improvements.
