Pros
The pay package is very nice, with a 401k contribution plan that is the best I have ever come across. The medical benefits are ok. Work life balance was also very good.
Kontras
As far as the work goes, they are very heavily tied to contracts that require staff level clearance in the IC, This is pretty much the only work that they have in their portfolio. The problem that this creates is if a partnership with a prime comes to an end, or a specific customer rewards a contract to a different prime that they are not aligned with as a sub/ partner, now a lot of employees are going to have to find new opportunities outside of the company. Being tied to only IC work just creates an unnecessary risk, and your employees that make you money are the ones to suffer those consequences.
