Good work environment, and a friendly atmosphere

Lack of communication between field and office staff

Good company with a good direction.

Poorly ran by individuals that were either incompetent, jealous of someone else credentials that scared them from helping their subordinates, no team playing, no scheduling or working off the cuff to say. Poor management....... Its best to hear both sides to form an opinion.
