Great team, future is very exciting. 2023 was tough with some underperformed left in place too long. They left 6months ago, and it’s much more efficient, and enjoyable now. Product team hugely better now, with evidences product and user feedback.
Kontras
Still fixing some areas of Ops, a LOT of sales and some scaling issues, hiring the right people. New CEO is supporting founder well, but too early to comment on effect of his changes.
