- Toxic management. - No appreciation to employees, no increment, no bonus. - The HR can force you to resign with invalid reason. - They claimed monthly birthday party as a benefit but 32 pax shared one 1 kg cake (Seriously)

no politics, no ot, only these two

After you quit ur job and leave the company. Even though u ady found a job, the company still have cancel the insurance "benefits", u need to settle by urself.

Pros

Provides EPF contributions. The company has shown improvements over time after went through several HR and admin (for example, salary payments were now paid earlier; basic office facilities and cleanliness have improved). Colleagues are friendly and supportive.

Kontras

Benefits are limited, Bonuses are less than one month, and leave policies offer little flexibility ( u cannot take more than 1 week/ might need to work during PH without extra pay). Rapid growth was followed by frequent organizational restructuring, including staff reductions. Not generous.
