Great people to work with on the team level. Also, a fun environment working at the Culver City Tiktok office. Pay and benefits were very good too!

Consistent management changes. Direct manager overseas. Not the best work environment. No guidance, but high goals/quota. Promotions does not usually exist even after earning a high performance score.
