- Most major decisions made in China - No org charts or real job titles - Re-orgs every 3~6 months - Very difficult to get profited - FANNG expectations without the pay or lifestyle - Company will take advantage of you and burn you out if you do not protect yourself (no guardrails in place) - Generally very cheap as a company, seemingly aiming for a “B” grade for things like amenities, benefits, etc
