Different groups of people do the same thing and fight for credit. Awful experience with reviews as it happens so frequently that it interrupts work. People like to write long docs, which is time-consuming and sometimes unnecessary. Some even rephrase old docs, you are likely to be drowned in docs saying the same thing. Ask people to leave without compensation by saying if you don't agree, you will be on the blacklist in the HR system and never ever get a second chance to be in this company.
