Compensation is quite good compared to other companies in Singapore.

- Need to know Chinese, meetings and documents are all in Chinese. I have no idea why they are hiring non Chinese speakers. It's just setting them up for failure. - Need to overwork. Chinese colleagues will work 996 and will be available all time. So you are expected to do the same.
