Pros
Butternut is a great place to work for many reasons. The co-founders who are at the helm of everything we do are highly switched-on and in tune with what is happening in the company, and are always striving to better the working conditions and practices for everyone involved. The HR team seem to do a great job of ensuring everyone feels included, regardless of where or how you work in the team and are always putting on events for different key themes that come up in the year, eg. Black History Month, International Womens Day, etc. I get on well with all of my colleagues which makes logging in every day to work a pleasure. Butternut also offers perks such as opportunities to volunteer in the local community, private healthcare, the odd team lunch and cycle-to-work schemes which are great enrichment add-ons for teammates. We've recently been awarded B-Corp status too which is something I am really proud of as an employee.
Kontras
I can't really think of any cons off the top of my head. Management are really open to feedback and encourages input from the team so if ever there are issues they're usually easily resolved with minimal fuss.
