Working for Butler as a Concierge representative have given me a lot of opportunities to learn a lot. Concierge and operations worked hand in hand together with the manpower to provide premium quality service!

There are some situations that are uncontrollable and unforseen which also happens in any industry or field of work, we still strive to help our customers to understand changes, although it may be a little hard as it may seem, we always wanted to make sure that we do our best to the benefit of the customers.

Been with the company for a little over 2 years now and was not expecting that I will reach this far with the team. The great thing about Butler is its diversity and open communication with everyone. We are encouraged to speak up our minds and they listened. May it be something about the welfare of the employee, or for the development of our services. It will challenge your skill in terms of decision-making and will train you to have a critical thinking mindset.

Language barrier- for staff that is not well versed with English but it's still manageable.
