Great people to work for. Work with clients to collaborate instead of just being a hand for their ideas. Not afraid to fight for what they think is right. They respect your work/life balance and is understanding.

Not very many negatives, small shop so everybody wears many hats. Would just have to be the regular cons that comes with the jobs, clients, deadlines, etc.
