It is not easy to be a growing and profitable mid-sized company in this uncertain economy * Opportunity to work remotely (though at times it can be a bit boring)

* We provide a very critical service to our clients and their employees. We are dealing with people's healthcare benefits/coverage, etc. There is definitely pressure to keep the service up and running all the time. The good news is that we are doing that much better recently. * The company is certainly very cautious about expenses in this uncertain economy. * Compensation for engineers could be a bit better
