Pros
The good people there are tremendous; however beware of the ones that aren't (there are plenty of those too). Onsite gym is nice.

I've never seen or heard of a place that is so far removed from the "picturesque and cutting edge" image it portrays to get you in the door and through training. It's such a facade-and an intentional one. If you have any compassion toward others or basic business sensibilities whatsoever, run the other way. You will be exploited and abused during your entire employment tenure-not just by those on your level but from the very top of the organization down. I'm amused that one recent review (most likely a made up one by a leader) mentioned that if you can't ask for help this isn't the place for you. Funny, I was always open with my capacity concerns only to be completely ignored and eventually blackballed and told "this wasn't the place for me." You'll hear of countless others who have similar experiences. Again, if you are at all a normal person, stay away!!!
