It’s a new company that is ever growing and changing. So you need to come into this opportunity with that expectation. The expectation to be part of the change and not complain about the changes that are not happening fast enough if that what your used to. It’s fast, it’s new and we are growing so quickly but that is what makes the journey what it is. Exciting!
