They need some one who knows everything with 3 days training and suddenly would fire you with no feedback only lies about your poor job performance or experience. managers they do not tell you exactly what they are hiding behind their nice smile and would let you out any time. They won't provide any training for at least 2 weeks, they need you to be perfect from first day how you know their system and information. Managers are not doing their best to help new employees only keep their positions.
