Great work environment with incredible people!

A lot of pressure given the volume of work and intensity of team in open environment.

I come from a pretty rural town in the South, so for me moving to Miami was quite a culture shock and my job became my safe place. It is a very cool place to work and although the work can be high demand I feel stimulated daily by the challenge.

The leadership is out of the office frequently and that changes the frequency of the agency. Just like with anywhere there are office squabbles and politics.
