Pros
Very flat organization, you can talk to CEO as easy as own boss. Plenty of freedom to do what you want as long as get job done. Good vision for what they want future to be, not clear if they are going to get there. Company is in major change so values, benefits, etc aren't codified yet.
Kontras
Very few people to do work of many results in lots of mostly unwanted overtime. There is one person to do every critical job and no one else, so that means very little vacation and long work weeks. Past lazy hiring and promoting has resulted in some unqualified managers.
