A nice plus is independence, not a lot of boss shadowing, good clients and opportunities to build business relationships within the client portfolio. Good PTO time, caring bosses, east coast and west coast offices, lots of support. Competitive industry keeps everyone on their toes so one has to be on A game at all times to Wow clients and ensure renewals. I gained a great deal of experience in my 5 years at Burrellesluce.

The job is a bit methodical for documenting work into a CRM system, but this is a necessary protocol for company-wide internal communication. Not a high ceiling for growth.
