This organization is being ruined by the CEO, Branka. She is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and doesn't build any trust with her employees. The organization has an 80% attrition rate in the past 18 months. There is no amount of money or flexibility that is able to get people to stay at this organization with how mistreated everyone is. The organizations failing metrics are a direct result of how poorly the employees are treated.

Here are just a few of the pros I’ve experienced during my time at BTF: Exceptional Leadership: The CEO is incredibly supportive and genuinely cares about employee development. She provided me with the guidance and resources I needed to meet my goals, which made a significant impact on my professional growth. Great Work Environment: The atmosphere was positive and collaborative, fostering a sense of community among colleagues. Everyone was encouraged to share ideas and support one another, creating a truly enjoyable workplace. Work-Life Balance: I greatly appreciated the emphasis on work-life balance. The organization respected personal commitments, allowing me to thrive both professionally and personally. Competitive Compensation: The pay was reasonable and reflective of the value of the work we did, making my time there even more rewarding.
