However, once inside, employees quickly discover that the software is riddled with bugs, lacks essential features, and is incredibly cumbersome to use. Basic tasks that should be simple and straightforward become needlessly complex, leading to frustration and wasted time for both employees and clients.

Fast paced enterprise software that has a large market. Quick releases of new features and products. Solid process that was refined over time, with management always looking to make sustainable improvements. Nice work environment where coworkers are genuinely teammates and friends, even outside of office hours. Management very approachable and responsive, even when out of office. General feeling that everyone was part of a team to get this product out there.

Could be a very demanding job, as we were chronically understaffed. I felt like hiring was based a lot on gut feeling, especially before an HR person was brought on the team, and therefore many employees were not a good fit culturally. The direction of the business (strategy) was not always well communicated, and info was sometimes slow to reach staff, which would cause confusion.
