There is (or was) a lot of money to be made and the work was relatively easy.
Kontras
No individual accountability but if you are not in the club (5+ years in one of the combined companies) you will take the fall when someone won't do something. The work is easy because no one agrees what to do and so there is no real plan above the store. Most of the awards are paid for.
