Pay is minimal, no matter how much you improve or your team's output , pay is not changing,they keep you on a temp service payroll to avoid benefits(no holiday pay,nada,guys have been there close to a year ,still on temp payroll(helps with their quarterly performance. Last year stock doubled, then they announce a Billion $ stock buyback. Employees received new dustpans. They have no R&D, still, they won't pay a living wage.....Buckees pay high school kids a better wage
