There are definitely talented and hardworking people across the organization, and the office environment has fostered a strong sense of connection among employees. A lot of those relationships seem to have formed through navigating the toxic unpredictability of the company together.
Compensation incentives, including bonuses, have been nice, and the period of rapid growth last year created a genuinely energizing atmosphere.
The company’s mission and customer impact also contributed to a sense of purpose and motivation for many employees. Additionally, the investment in office spaces and in-person collaboration was nice.

The organization has experienced repeated restructuring over a relatively short period, including multiple rounds of layoffs and significant employee turnover.
