Upper Management cares about the employees, and always has an open door to discuss concerns/ideas for improvement, etc Upper Management is constantly striving to improve in all areas (IE, they don't do things the same way forever, just because that's the way it always been done.) You get to work with upcoming technology - keeps the job interesting and challenging.
