bad leadership, small company typical boy club mentality. this place is only good for gaining industry experience otherwise a company going nowhere. The pay was subpar, benefits were good. The biggest con is the owner (car salesman) and poor "leadership, they will lie to your face, and all they care about is their paychecks, do NOT ignore the weird feeling you get during the interview process!
