They're a good company, pay is fair, benefits are decent but healthcare is middling. Flexible schedule and nice office location. They are good about reimbursing expenses and training is decent.
Kontras
They present as if there is opportunity for upward movement but there really isn't. They will run teams as short staffed as possible to save money and then complain when they don't receive perfection from their overworked employees. HR is petty and will look for any excuse to ding you. The head of HR is abrasive, unprofessional, and petulant.
