Great learning experience, great work schedule, weekends off, holidays/vacations paid trainings

Kontras

little room for growth, they promote people with less time and experience than you, too much favoritism, employees aren't valued, everything is the cheapest quality, they overwhelm you with huge case loads, block every website (you cant even see the news online), micromanage, some people never get their cost of living adjustments, everybody leaves Bronxworks because of all of the above.

Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

Kontras

Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
