Company invests in all new tools. The also make competitive compensation. When they interview, it appears that they want the best candidate with newer skills.

Senior Management is not technically savvy and has no vision. They like buzzwords and talk big, however do not emphasize use of latest technologies. Overall in the IT side people with low intelligence are promoted as they manage to make a group with people who are there for 8 years or more. The company is shrinking due to poor decisions on upper management.
