Worst company - Test Engineer bei Broadcom: Mitarbeiterbewertung

If I could give 0 stars then I would but I cant. Terrible pay and benefits. Pay is way below market value for some. No good career growth opportunity, no perks, laid off for no good reason and barely any notice given while lay off. Hardly any severance given. 2 weeks for every year that employee is employed with the company. After lay-off, no update from HR regarding next steps. Don’t know how the company is functioning. I would not recommend anyone to work here
