Salary gets unlimited time off, hourly employees aren't given much. My biggest problem is with the pay scales or lack of them at this place. An operator should not be making more than a line technician or a process technician. You shouldn't have to wait 2-5 years for a raise. If you're doing awesome then you should get paid accordingly. People only go for PT positions here so that they can get the experience and go to companies that will pay them right. Ethically it's just the right thing to do to pay those with more knowledge and resposibility more money.
