The company has a lot of cash on hand and they tend to give great compensation . The benefits are great and most of the engineers are very open and friendly. Also a nice cafe for lunch.

Problems are that there is a clear cut salary cap, so don't expect too many raises too quickly. They tend to hire mostly experienced candidates, which makes it difficult for new hires to enter the company. Also if you are under 35, you will have trouble meeting people your own age.
