Pros

Fast onboarding, pleasant staff, upper management has been with the company for years.

Kontras

Once assignment was done, it ended. Everyone had impression it was long term, emails even created. So it was a shock.

Pros

Difficult to come up with pros… they provide plenty of opportunities for employees to feel appreciated (lunches, happy hours, etc.) — but who would want to socialize with toxic people.

Kontras

This is by far the most TOXIC work environment I’ve ever experienced. Constant gossiping and whispering around the office, Passive aggressive-ness and unprofessional screaming matches re:decisions from EXECUTIVES— which again contributes to the toxic environment. Work management and overall systems and processes are so messy that it destroys any drop of work morale you might have. Constant gaslighting from every possible angle - wether it’s fake encouragement or a promise of support on to be gossiped about later - do not work here. You will be overworked. There are people that stay up until 11pm at night.
