Pros

Working with the public is satisfying, especially if I feel as though I actually helped someone. Coworkers are pleasant. Large group trainings are effective for the most part.

Kontras

Clocking in and out 4x a day, cannot be 1 minute late more than 3x within a month. If you do, you get written up. Vacation time, sick time, PTO time is all combined under PTO. PTO is accrued at 30 minutes per day that you work. Have to work on days that the state is closed and all offices are closed. Do not get the day after Thanksgiving off. Management does not listen to staff. All employees are micromanaged. High turnover due to unhappy employees. There is very little encouragement from management. Overall expectations are unreasonable. communication between upper management & lower management and, management and staff is poor.

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
