the hourly rates are sub standard, leads and home managers have a lot of responsibilities but little to no influence on hiring and firing or disciplinary actions. This makes it difficult to get a consistent level of performance among employees and it's just the luck of the draw who you work with. Some houses are great, some are less than stellar and it can change at the drop of a dime.
