Management is very visible and tries to resolve issue. They also are trying to get more funding to increase salaries. Lots of opportunities.

Money & benefits are low due to lower insurance reimbursement mental health. Union is a challenge because it goes out of it's way to protect bad workers and several reps continually make it a us versus them with management and continue to bring up things that happened years ago and the people are no longer here.
